If you pay any attention to American politics, it’s no secret to you that polarization, gridlock and growing hostility have stymied governmental progress on many fronts. Over the last few months, seventeen of your fellow North Tahoe Hebrew Congregation members have worked diligently to create a format where our members can discuss some of the politically charged topics rather than hiding from them. Stemming from the belief that we agree, rather than disagree, on many aspects of these controversial issues, the group has recommended we launch a series of monthly roundtable discussions using a format created by a group known as Living Room Conversations.

Our first discussion session is offered on two dates to enable more members to participate.
